The program will cover the following.
- Goal setting –Realistic setting and evaluation of professional and personal financial goals regularly once every 3 months.
- Phone Call once every 2 weeks to discuss all aspects of practice growth.
- Site visit once every 3 months (only for Mumbai based practices).
- Evaluate practice stationery.
- Meeting in Dr. Veerendra Darakh’s Dental Clinic once in a month from 1.15pm till 2.00pm to evaluate all aspects of practice.
- Monitoring the practice with CCTV.
- Evaluating practice handouts.
- Evaluating audio recording of consultations.
- Meeting with spouse if required to refine financial goals.
Clinical Training:
- Training in adhesive dentistry.
- Training in Post & Cores.
- Evaluate all clinical cases with pre-operative & post operative records.
- Evaluate crown cutting, prosthetic cases.
- Support for implantology cases.
- Support for orthodontic cases.
Staff Training:
- Training of auxiliary staff – In Dr. Veerendra Darakh’s clinic.(between 2.00pm & 4.00pm).
- Decoy phone call once in a month to check quality of auxiliary staff.
- Train practice PRO if required.
Computers & Websites:
- Evaluate patient management software.
- Setting up & evaluating recall & reminder system.
- Setting up & evaluating practice website.
Financial Planning:
- Financial Planning – Investments portfolio evaluation.
- Financial planning & evaluation: A detailed & a comprehensive personal & professional
financial planning will be done. This will put the practice on a firm footing. - Insurance evaluation
